The pouch is tested to comply with flame retardant test BS5852 ignition source 0,1 & 5 and with BS7176 medium hazard. The pouch has a 2-way valve, which allows the product to be evacuated.</font></p> <p><font face="Arial">The product undergoes extensive testing over a minimum of 48 hours with the pouch first being inflated to check for air leaks and once this has passed it is filled with the appropriate volume of beads and then is put under vacuum for 24 hours. Passing both these, the product is ready for despatch. The pouch is covered with a pure 100% super soft lambswool fleece that is machine washable.
